1. Services Provided: We offer a range of relocation services, including industrial items transfer, household relocation, and vehicle transportation.
2. Booking and Payment:
   • Booking: Clients are required to provide accurate details about the items to be moved and the destinations involved.
   • Payment: A specified percentage of the total cost must be paid in advance upon booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the service.
3. Client Responsibilities:
   • Personal Items: Clients should remove all personal valuables, such as cash and jewelry, from items to be moved.
   • Preparation: Ensure that all items are properly packed and labeled unless packing services have been arranged with us.
4. Liability:
   • Damages: We take utmost care in handling your belongings. In the unlikely event of damage, our liability is limited to the terms agreed upon in the service contract.
   • Exclusions: We are not liable for damages caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, accidents, or any force majeure circumstances.
5. Cancellations and Postponements:
   • Notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or postponements. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
