Cancellation And Refund

Cancellation Policy
  • Customers can cancel their service booking by notifying Omdeo Packers and Movers via email or phone at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.

  • If cancellation is requested more than 48 hours before the move, a full refund will be issued after deducting any applicable payment gateway charges or processing fees.

  • If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date, Omdeo Packers and Movers will deduct 25% of the booking amount as a cancellation fee and refund the remainder.

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service date.

  • If Omdeo Packers and Movers is unable to fulfill the scheduled service, a full refund will be provided, and the customer will be assisted in rescheduling.

Refund Policy
  • Refunds due to service issues, such as significant delay, loss, or damage, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Eligible refunds will be processed based on the extent of the issue and supporting evidence provided by the customer.

  • Refund requests should be sent to our customer support email with your full name, booking ID, date of service, and reason for the refund.

  • On approval, refunds will be initiated within 7 working days and credited to the customer’s original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Non-refundable items include:

    • Service charges for services already rendered,

    • Packing materials or extra services already provided,

    • Any advance booking fees if cancellation terms are not met.

Note: Payment gateway or bank charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the eligible refund amount.
